Jason’s deli might be the best and most respectable establishment for gluten free people. I have been meaning to write about about them on the blog, but since I always go for lunch by the time I get back to work I have a hard time sneaking in a few minutes to write it.

The Gluten Intolerant
To give an amazing example of how awesome they are, I went yesterday with my boy friend 😉 he loves Jason’s Deli. I order the turkey sandwich on gluten free bread, for some reason his order come out and we are waiting for what felt like 10 minutes. My boyfriend refused to eat his food while I was waiting, so I asked one of the servers if he could check on my food.
Turns out, the person who grabbed my gluten-free bread and made my sandwich did not change their gloves before making my sandwich, from the ones he had on from making the gluten filled sandwiches haha. Anyways, they remade my entire sandwich bc they had made that tiny mistake. I was blown away with how strict and understanding that they were for their gluten intolerant clients.
My sandwich was delicious, and gluten-free!
